The Nevada State Clearinghouse posts both Notices and Informational Records. Notices are projects and proposals that are related to specific National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) actions in Nevada. The Clearinghouse will send out Notices to its distribution list for review and will collect comments received by State Agencies, other interested stakeholders and the public. After the comments are collected, the Clearinghouse will submit all of the comments received to the appropriate agency associated with the NEPA action. Informational Records are general documents and decision notifications that related to natural resource and land management issues that are sent into the Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse does not send out for review or accept comments for Informational Records.
